Fizz in the City! Searcys Champagne Bar has opened at One New Change, St Paul’s

The Searcys Champagne Bar has arrived at the newly built exclusive shopping destination, One New Change at St Paul’s. On Wednesday 30^th March, the eagerly anticipated opening of this luxury Champagne Bar took place, gracing city employees and busy shoppers with the perfect glass of Champagne.

Searcys, who run the Champagne Bars, have created a dynamic, stylish 80 seat space. One New Change, located in the heart of the City of London, opposite one of London’s most famous landmarks, St Paul’s Cathedral. Designed by Interbar, the ceiling-to-floor glass case Champagne Bar features plush armchairs, an immaculate granite bar and warm copper and brown tones – creating an inviting feeling of retro 1970s chic.

The unique bar plays host to the most extensive Champagne list in Europe. There are over 30 varieties by the glass and 25 different houses including a mixture of Grand Marques and small growers. Whether you want to celebrate a special occasion with a bottle of Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Françaises, Blanc de Noirs, 1999 at £600 or enjoy a couple of glasses of François Dilligent Brut NV for just £9.50 each, the list has something for every budget and taste.

Champagne can be matched with fine foods, namely tapas style ‘plates’ such as Foie Gras and green peppercorn terrine and Smoked Tuna with almonds as well as Breakfast dishes such as a Bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese.
