Fizz in the City! Searcys Champagne Bar has opened at One New Change, St Paul’s

The Searcys Champagne Bar has arrived at the newly built exclusive shopping destination, One New Change at St Paul’s. On Wednesday 30^th March, the eagerly anticipated opening of this luxury Champagne Bar took place, gracing city employees and busy shoppers with the perfect glass of Champagne.

Searcys, who run the Champagne Bars, have created a dynamic, stylish 80 seat space. One New Change, located in the heart of the City of London, opposite one of London’s most famous landmarks, St Paul’s Cathedral. Designed by Interbar, the ceiling-to-floor glass case Champagne Bar features plush armchairs, an immaculate granite bar and warm copper and brown tones – creating an inviting feeling of retro 1970s chic.

The unique bar plays host to the most extensive Champagne list in Europe. There are over 30 varieties by the glass and 25 different houses including a mixture of Grand Marques and small growers. Whether you want to celebrate a special occasion with a bottle of Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Françaises, Blanc de Noirs, 1999 at £600 or enjoy a couple of glasses of François Dilligent Brut NV for just £9.50 each, the list has something for every budget and taste.

Champagne can be matched with fine foods, namely tapas style ‘plates’ such as Foie Gras and green peppercorn terrine and Smoked Tuna with almonds as well as Breakfast dishes such as a Bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese.

The Grand Tasting Lounge Launches!

Searcys St Pancras Champagne Bar has launched The Grand Tasting Lounge – the ultimate in decadence and luxury.

The newly opened private room is located next to the main bar on the St Pancras upper concourse. Providing an intimate setting, the atmosphere can be personalised to suit; providing the perfect ambiance for a variety of events from entertaining a few select clients to a romantic evening for two. Elegantly designed, the room which seats 15 guests features stylish leather seating, air conditioning and a music docking station.

St Pancras Grand restaurant is launching ‘Champagne Democracy’

Searcys St Pancras Grand restaurant is launching Champagne Democracy to showcase their exciting range of Champagne. 

Taking price out of the equation, St Pancras Grand will offer six premium Champagnes all for £10 a flute or £50 a bottle. Champagne Democracy is perfect for Champagne novices as each of these Champagnes, ranging from large houses to boutique growers, will be available to ‘try before you buy’.

Winter Snuggle at St Pancras Grand Champagne Bar

Guests can cosy up for a ‘Winter Snuggle’ at Searcys St Pancras Grand Champagne Bar this year. Indulge in hot dishes on heated seats and cuddle up under Searcys lambs wool blankets whilst sipping an extensive selection of Champagnes. 

St Pancras Grand Champagne Bar will now be treating its guests to Bubble Hour (Sunday to Wednesdays, 4-7pm); enjoy house Champagne for just £39 a bottle and the signature Passion Fruit Martini with bubbles on the side for £6. For discerning Champagne lovers, there is also a rotating prestige marquee including the likes of Dom Perignon and Belle Epoque for £120.

Paddington Champagne Bar launches!

The eagerly awaited Searcys Paddington Champagne Bar is now open and last week saw the official launch with the good and the great of the Champagne world attending.

Proud to have a presence in one of London’s busiest commuter train stations, Searcys celebrated with six varieties of Champagne flowing including Francois Diligent Rose - a small grower producing this rare 100% Pinot Noir and England’s finest award winning pink fizz Balfour Brut Rosé. Representing the vintages, Lanson Gold 1999 was warming and delightful, perfect for a January evening. Guests also sampled the delights of the new menu including cheese and seafood boards and Trealy Farm charcuterie.
