The eagerly awaited Searcys Paddington Champagne Bar is now open and last week saw the official launch with the good and the great of the Champagne world attending.
Proud to have a presence in one of London’s busiest commuter train stations, Searcys celebrated with six varieties of Champagne flowing including Francois Diligent Rose - a small grower producing this rare 100% Pinot Noir and England’s finest award winning pink fizz Balfour Brut Rosé. Representing the vintages, Lanson Gold 1999 was warming and delightful, perfect for a January evening. Guests also sampled the delights of the new menu including cheese and seafood boards and Trealy Farm charcuterie.
